rear extension in Guildford Surrey

I was asked to submit a Planning Application to remove this existing conservatory to be replaced by a traditional brick extension with tiled roof as a more substantial and permanent living area to the the main house. Having already been extended to the side and rear this could not be done under Permitted Development Rights.

With sloped skeilings and a large roof lantern this type of extension gives a light and airy room for relaxing next to the garden.
